Who is the piss-weak old geriatric?

The piss-weak old geriatric was the man who did everything his treacherous wife demanded - because otherwise she could expose him for who he really was.  The man that had his neices and nephews sleeping in the same bed as him each time they came to visit.

 

 

Something that was brought up in family court on occasion however as i know now, family court love protecting paedophiles - and if you bring up that somebody has abused your child, you will lose custody.  Don't ask me, ask the thousands of protective parents who have been destroyed by trying to protect their children, to find that when these allegations are brought into court, they will be turned around and twisted and the protective parent is deemed a liar and an alienator and custody gets switched to the abuser.

But before we get too sidetracked, we'll get into the geriatric and why he's referred to as being piss-weak.  As a child I lived at 15 Yackerboom Avenue, Buff Point in NSW, Australia.  A lovely coastal town with which has the beach one side and multiple lakes on the other.  

Anyway, across the road lived the Logan family, and the father, Grahame, worked at the local power station along with the neighbour three doors up Colin Maygher and his family, and the house next door to mine, the Bennetts, can't remember if the father in this family also worked at the power station but think so.

Things were find in the neighbourhood for years, then there was a falling out between the adults - I'm not sure why, as it was of no concern to me, however this is how it played out.

Colin had been building his family home, it was beautiful.  Graham's home was already built and the next doors were being renovated.  The psychopath couldn't tolerate this, that everyone was doing well, big beautiful houses, her's not so much.  Everyone was in debt with their first home and this was about to change because the Cheropath was not going to have people in her life that she didn't like (anymore), just as she said to and did to her own daughter.

Now everybody those days had equipment from the power stations, whether it was socks, trousers, jumpers, tools, oxywelders, it was pretty common.  

What the geriatric did though, and he had heaps of power station equipment at home, was he got rid of it all.  Every single thing.

And then he dobbed all the fathers in (Grahame, Colin and Benny), just an anonymous tip from a concerned citizen about power station theft (after all it was government property back then).

An investigation was commenced, the police turned up to all houses and they were raided.  Grahame and Colin lost their jobs immediately, and their family homes, and were forced to move.

Benny eventually moved also.  Can you imagine having neighbours like that, neighbours that will happily destroy your life just because you upset them?  Normal people don't do this.  Piss-weak geriatrics and psychopaths do - and they did.  

They pretend to be so nice to everyone, having climbed the community social ladder, putting on their facades and pretending to be people they are not.

Yes, the piss-weak old geriatric destroyed the lives of his mates, his neighbours, all to appease the Cheropath - who must have her way every time or there will be hell to pay.

Watch your back, Denny isn't as nice as he leads people to think.  Just ask Colin Mayger and Grahame Logan what a nice boy he is.  Not.

A decade on and family court horrors still exist

 I know I haven't posted for a while.  My girl aged out of family court orders almost four years ago now and will not talk to me.  In first half of the decade I was repeatedly stalked by Cheryle MacDonald on a tri-daily basis.  She'd even park out the front of my home and make my daughter give me rude gestures.

There really was no low to the depths this woman would sink to destroy her own child.

In a conversation early on she repeatedly stated that she would not stop what she was doing - using the family courts, police etc to abuse me - until I was out of her life.  Unfortunately my daughter was my life and i was happy to be out of the psychopaths but couldn't do this when she was being illegally detained by a psychopath and a pissweak old geriatric who only cared to hurt me.

Hello Mr Pierce

Well it was lovely to see you sitting in the courtroom on Friday 25 January 2008 Mr Pierce. I wonder however did you come to show support for the woman and her mother who your Aubrey Brown so disgustingly let down time after time? Or did you come hoping to see me be charged for trying to contact my daughter.

Does anybody find it funny that the legislation states it is the right of the child to have contact with both parents - not the right of the parent to decide if they will give it, but judges made orders that state the grandparents have sole discretion to give contact between the mother and the daughter?

Isn't this a complete disregard for the child and the legislation?

Well Mr Pierce, did you smile like I did when the magistrate dismissed the case? And did you take the time to look at me and study me, and even realise that when i handed you that brochure on parental rights i was secretly asking for your help and showing what other members of your organistion choose to do to me and my daughter.

Have you ever discussed my case with the hannigans or do you merely say what a pain in the arse and come to visit me in courts hoping the worst for my daughter whom is represented soley by me.

You are responsible for every single inch of emotional, mental, psychological damage my little girl has suffered from the moment you negotiated me into unnecessary and dangerous orders which made me unable to protect my daughter. When I asked for your help every other week when she was being abused by her grandparents, you merely told me not to breach orders. Not to deny contact. You didn't care for what was being done to my little girl. You didn't care that she was being taken to the doctors because she was sick and then taken to a swimming centre and put in hot and cold pools. You didn't care when I asked for your help because my daughter was being severly emotionally and psychologically abused by my parents. You didn't care when I rang begging for help. Now the world is going to know exactly what you did. And what the consequences of your unforgiveable actions were. LETS SEE IF YOU CARE NOW.
